Jacqueline Jax is known for her whimsical style that pictures the world through colorful glass.
The artist melts together a limited palate of three primary colors in her work that mix on paper to combine powerful and uniquely brilliant hues giving warmth and energy to each piece of art.
One thing that is noted is this artist demonstrates a broad view of nature looking past what’s usual to focus on the unusual details that she feels need to be seen. This is ever present in her Iconic portraits which portray more than just a flat image. Each portrait tells a story about the subject through colors and shapes that reflect their journey in life.
Jacqueline takes all of her own photography to become fully engaged by her surroundings as part of her pre-painting process.
This can be especially seen in her urban paintings and especially the micro focused abstract florals inspired by her seasonal photographs taken on her daily walks in Canada with her two Siberian husky’s.

URBAN PAinting
Don’t ever lose your dreams.
It’s your dream and the hope that you have for your future that make all things brighter. The worst thing that anyone can do is take away someone’s dream by making things seem hopeless. So when the world says give up that’s when you have to believe in yourself and push forward. .
🌸This was such a great experience for me. Abstract Expressionism is one of my favorite styles. I'm definitely doing this again tonight.
🌸Set a date to come hang out with me on YouTube during my most relaxing time of the day.
We can have a glass of wine together, eat some chocolate and watch the watercolors melt across the paper.

RT @GetBackYerMusic: @JacquelineJax That's so true, Jacqueline, and if I may add, neither a job nor a medical condition defines anyone either. 🙂
Every piece of Jacqueline's artwork tells a unique story. Through her paintings, she invites viewers to embark on a journey, unraveling layers of symbolism and meaning through colours, shapes and form. Whether it's a serene monochromatic landscape or a thought-provoking wild true soul portraits, her art invites contemplation and introspection.
